Nationally recognized presenter, writer and licensed attorney, Mary Vandenack focuses her practice in the areas of Tax, Business, Estate and Succession Planning.
Mary was inducted into the NAEPC Hall of Fame in 2022 and is a member of ACTEC, where she serves as the Nebraska State Chair. She is also active in the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust, and Estate section, where she represents the section as a Delegate to the ABA House of Delegates. Additionally, Mary has played numerous roles within the ABA Law Practice Division, including serving as Chair. She also serves as a consultant to Interactive Legal.
Recognized for her legal expertise, Mary holds a preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was named one of America’s Best Lawyers in Trusts & Estates in 2019. She is a recipient of the James I. Keane Memorial Award and was recognized by the ABA Legal Technology Resource Center as one of the Distinguished Women of Legal Tech.
A prolific writer, Mary frequently contributes to publications such as Leimberg Services (LISI), Law Practice, the ACTEC Law Journal, Trusts and Estates, and metroMAGAZINE. She has also authored, edited, and updated book chapters on Trusts for Asset Protection Planning and Trusts in Divorce After the New Tax Act.
